At Klosteret, we offer private yoga and meditation sessions tailored to your energy, experience level and intention. Whether you wish to gently activate body and breath or simply restore mental calm, each session is shaped around your rhythm and space.

Practice in-room, in a nearby studio or outdoors – in the courtyard, one of Copenhagen’s many parks or by the water.

Sessions may include:

  • Vinyasa or Hatha-based movement
  • Gentle morning flow or restorative yoga
  • Pranayama (breathwork)
  • Guided seated meditation
  • Body scan and relaxation
  • Optional: sound or aroma elements
