Private Grand Cru wines — curated for your stay
Klosteret is proud to house its own Grand Cru wine collection, located in the kitchen and composed of hand-picked European vintages — primarily from France and Italy. These are the wines we cherish most, and we’re delighted to share them with our guests.
Each bottle is selected by Klosteret’s trusted sommelier, Max Kaner — a passionate wine connoisseur with fine dining experience from some of Tivoli’s most esteemed restaurants.
If you would like a recommendation or tailored pairing suggestion, don’t hesitate to contact Oskar to consult with Max. He will gladly offer guidance based on your preferences or the meals you plan to enjoy during your stay.

In the lower wine rack, you’ll find two bottles of each available wine for easy access. Should you fall in love with a particular label, a larger stock is stored in the upper rack — reachable via the black stool by the dining table.
